DISCLAIMER

Any persons entering these premises do so at their own risk JoziKart shall not be liable for any claim or damage arising or suffered by any person entering these premises, either directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, including, but not limited to, personal injury or death, or any harm caused to any person, or for any damage, loss or destruction of any property of any person, arising from negligence by the Owners, or theft or any cause whatsoever. The owners shall not be liable to any person entering these premises for the safekeeping or custody of, or damages to any of their property.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK, INJURY AND OBLIGATIONS

I acknowledge that go karting is a dangerous recreational activity. By participating in it, I am exposed to it. I acknowledge and understand that whilst participating In go kart hire:

    1. I may be injured or fatally wounded or my personal property may be lost/damaged.
    2. Other persons participating in go kart hire may cause me injury or may damage my property. I will be held liable and responsible.
    3. The condition In which the activity si conducted may vary without warning.
    4. I assume the risk of and responsibility for any injury as pointed out by staff members of JoziKart that the go karts have dangerous moving parts and hot parts as these go karts are designed for racing and the responsibility for any injury, death or property damage resulting from participating In go kart hire Is solely mine.
    5. Hair needs to be securely tied before riding to prevent injury.
    6. Closed shoes are compulsory.
    7. No loose items permitted while racing.
    8. Height restrictions apply.
    9. Full disclaimer and safety rules apply.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED.

The terms of this Notice are severable. Should any legislation of other law restrict of prohibit the effect of this Notice, such restriction or prohibition shall not Invalidate the reminder of this Notice.

JoziKart (PTY) Ltd and JoziKarters (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to claim from and hold the customer liable for any damage caused to any of our equipment and/or property and/or staff or any other damage whatsoever.
