Party Décor & Set-Up Guidelines

To help make your JoziKart party experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, please take note of the following:

• ⁠Clients are welcome to arrive 1 hour before the party start time to set up their own décor and party items.
• As our team is actively managing the track and supervising racers throughout the party experience, we may not always be able to assist with décor setup or table arrangements on the day.
• Please note that party tables and seating areas are positioned within operational track zones and may have limited flexibility for movement or reconfiguration.
• Our marshals and coordinators remain focused on ensuring the safety, flow, and enjoyment of all children participating on the track.
• Should you prefer a fully managed party setup experience, we would be happy to share the details of independent party co-ordinators who can assist with décor, styling, and setup arrangements.
• To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that personal music boxes/speakers are not used during parties.
